I have always been fascinated by every aspect and level of what it means to be in a body, living on planet Earth.

My husband and I live in small town, USA with our two boys and assortment of pets.

I started following S&A in 2016 and it saved me from my mind very quickly. I have learned how to become secure within uncertainty and trust my body to a degree that I did not know was possible.

My life is mystical; and I do not separate it from the day-to-day mundane life that we all experience. I am deeply grounded in Choicelessness, or the perfection that Life is, and I easily see situations without the need to blame or shame humans for their helplessness.

With that being said, I do watch actions and hope to help people become accountable for them. If we can recognize our own conditioning, we can gently put it down in order to begin practicing healthier behaviors for everyone involved.

I have practiced Personal Sessions for 7 years, helping people become strong in being and loving themselves. I focus on bodily decision making, helping us access a deeper part of ourselves, a place that has so much to teach the mind.

All humans are mystical. And the only body that holds your personal knowledge is right under your nose. You deserve a connection to the place that knows within you, and I am here to help you find it.
